All Rising 7th - 12th Graders
All mandatory tryout clinics will be held at EAHS. You will review/learn material for your official tryout and be informally evaluated at each clinic on different skills.

6th & 7th Grade - 6:00-7:30pm
8th, 9th, 10th & 11th Grade - 7:30-9:00pm
*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE ON ATHLETIC CLOTHING AND SNEAKERS FOR THESE CLINICS. If you have not yet attended an intramural/open gym, please make sure you have your intramural consent form at this time or you will NOT be able to participate.
Everyone will be required to have a Fall Physical once you have been selected for a team after June 1st.
FALL Physicals will be held on:
8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Cost - $20
Should you choose to obtain a physical from your private Doctor, your physical MUST BE DATED AFTER JUNE 1ST, 2021
All Athletic paperwork can be can be completed through Planet High School Online System. Instructions to register and complete all documents is posted below.
Please make sure you have all necessary paperwork and wear sneakers. If you do not have your paperwork in, you will not be allowed to tryout.
If you do not have the Handbook/Code of Conduct, Parent Communication Expectation Form and Athletic Intramural Form - **You will Not be able to tryout without these forms being turned in**

Team selections will be posted on the outside of the Auxiliary Gym Door by 10:00 am on Saturday, May 7th.
If selected for a team, you will be required to accept your position on the team by scanning the QR Code on the Tryout Announcement Page posted right here on our website. Athletes will receive a welcome email at 3:00pm on Saturday, May 7 to be invited to your Team Band Page.
*If your number is on one of the teams listed and you are unable to scan the QR Code, please EMAIL Coach Stout ASAP.
