All Rising 7th - 12th Graders
All mandatory tryout clinics will be held at EAHS Aux Gym. You will review/learn material for your official tryout and be informally evaluated at each clinic on different skills.

*PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE ON ATHLETIC CLOTHING AND SNEAKERS FOR THESE CLINICS. If you have not yet attended an intramural/open gym, please make sure you have your intramural consent form at this time or you will NOT be able to participate.
Everyone will be required to have a Fall Physical once you have been selected for a team on June 1st, 2024
at EAHS through St. Lukes.
FALL Physicals will be held on:

Cost - $20
Should you choose to obtain a physical from your private Doctor, your physical MUST BE DATED AFTER JUNE 1ST, 2024 and uploaded into Planet HS by
June 3rd, 2024.
(No Exceptions will be made for physicals after June 3rd)
All Athletic paperwork can be can be completed through Planet High School Online System. Coaching staff will walk athletes through this process at the Physical on June 1st.
Please make sure you have all necessary paperwork and wear sneakers. If you do not have your paperwork in, you will not be allowed to tryout.
If you do not have the Handbook/Code of Conduct, Parent Communication Expectation Form and Athletic Intramural Form - **You will Not be able to tryout without these forms being turned in**

If selected for a team, you will be required to accept your position. If selected for a team, athletes will receive a welcome email on or before
